Got a set of Maxlife tires put on our 2020 Kia. Ryan was very knowledgeable an the tire itself. Ryan gave me prices on other tires as well and was knowledgeable on them as well. The tires were on hand an mounted in a timely manner I would recommend Collins Rd to anyone needing tires or mechanical work Excellent staff.
We had a batter that quit on us in front of Half Price Books. They came over and started our car. We drove to their shop and in less than 20 minutes we drove out with a new battery. GREAT SERVICE!!!
I have been very impressed by the customer service here! My 2012 Chevy traverse needed a new motor. six months later I had some issues and they arranged my tow, fixed my car and reimbursed me for my rental, no questions asked and no run-around. Mike the service manager is great to work with. I am always greeted by a friendly face. We continue to come here for all our car needs and tires because of the great work they do, honesty and integrity. And again, great customer service!

I have been using Collins Rd Tire for years for oil changes, basic maintenance and tires. The guys are friendly, explain the work they did and are always on time with the appointments. Will keep going back!
